Liuli Li, MSN, APRN-CNP 

Nurse Practitioner Liuli Li founded the Simple Health Clinic in Blue Ash, Ohio during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 to help the community increase access to primary care. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism, COPD, chronic bronchitis, asthma, heartburn, gout, chronic dermatitis/eczema, seasonal allergies, and common acute conditions such as cough, otitis media, sore throat, pink eye, sinusitis, and many more (check out our full medical services here).

Nurse Practitioner Liuli values building trusting patient-provider relationships. She encourages open communication, provides personalized care, and emphasizes cultural sensitivity to achieve better health outcomes. By prioritizing trust, she creates an environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns, which is crucial for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans. She has extensive experience working with clients from diverse countries including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Peru, France, Germany, Netherlands, Philippines, Malaysia, Nepal, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, India, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Taiwan, China, Nigeria, and many others. Her culturally sensitive approach ensures she respects and understands the unique backgrounds, beliefs, and practices of her clients, allowing for personalized and effective care.

Nurse Practitioner Liuli earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing in 2011, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Ohio University. During her graduate studies, she gained valuable experience working with uninsured patients at the Asian Health Initiative Free Clinic in Columbus, Ohio. She also contributed to the academic field as a graduate assistant, teaching nursing undergraduates at Ohio University. These experiences fueled her passion for providing affordable and accessible healthcare to the community.

She holds active RN and APRN-CNP licenses in Ohio, enabling her to provide a wide range of healthcare services. Liuli is actively involved in professional organizations, including membership in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Chinese American Medical Association of Greater Cincinnati. She participates frequently in professional conferences to stay current with evidence-based practices, ensuring the highest quality care for her patients.

Liuli is multilingual, speaking English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese. Beyond her professional practice, she actively volunteers in district and community schools, contributing her time and expertise to support health and wellness initiatives.
