1. What is included in the immigration exam?
Our office follows CDC and USCIS guidelines. The exam includes:
Validation of Applicant’s Government-Issued Photo ID – Ensures proper verification of identity.
Verification of Vaccine Records – We review documentation of vaccines or blood immunity. Shots or immunity testing can be provided by your civil surgeon or primary care physician.
Required Lab Tests – Based on age and risk factors, consistent with the I-693 form. Labs must be performed by your civil surgeon; tests from other providers are not accepted.
Physical Exam – Conducted by your civil surgeon to ensure all health requirements are met.
2. What is the cost for an I-693 form immigration exam?
Standard pricing: $500+, depending on age, vaccine record, and health history.
Additional fees for immunity tests: $35–$120.
3. Can I pay with medical/health insurance?
No. Immigration exams are considered administrative services.
While you can submit a receipt to your insurance, most insurers will not cover the cost, as exams are not for medical diagnosis or treatment.
4. Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. An itemized receipt will be provided at the time of payment.
5. How soon can I receive the I-693 form?
Average processing: ~2 weeks if vaccine records are up-to-date and no additional referrals are needed.
Our office provides individualized care, including vaccine recommendations, labs, and exam scheduling, based on USCIS, CDC, and DHHS guidelines.
6. What if I do not have written vaccine records?
You can still schedule an exam. Blood immunity tests can be completed during the same appointment along with required labs.
7. When will I receive my completed I-693 form?
3 business days for applicants with up-to-date records and no additional treatment/referrals.
8. Will I receive a copy of my completed I-693 form?
Yes, a copy will be provided.
9. Can I submit my vaccine records for evaluation before scheduling?
We do not offer free consultations.
A regular office visit fee applies for pre-evaluation.
Fee is waived if you proceed with the immigration exam service.
10. How can I schedule an appointment?
To sign up for an appointment with our office, please visit our booking page and provide your valid information. Our office will contact you within one business day to assist you in finalizing your appointment details which include your patient portal set up , ect.
